Abrielle, owner of Catterpillar Brow Bar, is a Texas native who discovered her passion for permanent makeup in 2020. She trained under the guidance of Tina Oxley, a PMU veteran with over 20 years of experience and locations in Plano, Texas, and Miami, Florida. After completing her certification with Tina, Abrielle had the incredible opportunity to join her salon, where she honed her craft over the next three years.
Committed to excellence, Abrielle continues to expand her knowledge through advanced education with some of the country’s top artists, including Supernatural Brows. She stays on the cutting edge of trends and techniques to provide each client with the most precise, beautiful, and up-to-date results.
What truly sets Caterpillar Brow Bar apart is the approach to client care. Every appointment is more than just a service—it’s an opportunity to educate and connect. Abrielle takes the time to explain each step of the process, especially for color corrections or “brow rehab”- brow corrections including corrective work over old permanent makeup and color correction over discolored brows. She shows clients the reasoning behind the techniques and pigments used so clients understand exactly how their results are achieved.
Her experience even extends to sensitive or complex situations, such as helping clients who have undergone facial surgeries or reconstruction, ensuring that every brow enhances both appearance and confidence with individual treatment for each person's unique needs and facial structure.

Caterpillar Brow Bar is located in The Cedars of Dallas, a vibrant neighborhood known for artists, galleries, theaters, and beautifully restored historic buildings. Our home is a 114-year-old former mattress factory, converted into a unique, one-of-a-kind salon space. Original features of this historic factory blend with modern touches to create a creative, welcoming environment for our clients.
The Cedars is a thriving part of Dallas, home to renowned neighbors like Grey Gardens floral shop, Full City Rooster Coffee, and the Canvas Hotel, alongside one-of-a-kind restaurants and cultural spaces. Here, history, creativity, and community come together—just like the artistry we bring to every brow.
