Proper Pre & Post- Care is absolutely key to ensuring that the work done at Caterpillar Brow Bar is allowed the best results.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Asprin, etc.) or any blood thinning medications 24 hours prior to appt. (Unless doctor prescribed)
Avoid direct sun exposure 2 weeks prior to appt.
No botox for 2 weeks prior to appt. Botox is welcome any time after appt.
Retinol use on the forehead must be stopped 4 weeks prior/post appt.

Avoid touching the affected area and keep hands clean when handling.
Avoid vigorous exercise and sweating for 2 weeks post appt.
Avoid direct sun exposure, including tanning beds, for minimum of 4 weeks post appt.
Avoid excessive heat for 2 weeks post appt. including hot showers, saunas, hot tubs.
Flaking and peeling of treated area is completely normal and expected. It is important that you DO NOT pick or peel.
Do not apply makeup or products of any kind to treated area while area is healing unless instructed by provider.
Clients should contact a medical professional at the first sign of infection or allergic reaction.

Although we always strive to give the absolute best services and results, Caterpillar Brow Bar cannot make any guarantees. Even following all precautions, healed results will vary client to client due to circumstances beyond my control (metabolism, diet, personal lifestyle, etc). Our end goal is always to give the best results possible, although additional sessions may be required and those will be charged accordingly (example: brow rehab).
Caterpillar Brow Bar enrolls a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled for ANY reason within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will be subject to the cancellation fee associated with appointment (50% of full appointment price.) There are NO refunds of ANY kind (deposits included), for ANY reason. No-shows will be subject to the cancellation policy and fees. Please be aware that if you are over 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your provider may not be able to take you, and you WILL be subject to the cancellation policy and fees associated.
